“Jivdaya & Ahinsā” that is ‘animal welfare’ and ‘non-violence’ are the important tenets of ‘Jainism” & “Sanatan Dharma’ that forms the cornerstones of its ethics and doctrines. It means to be utterly harmless, not only to oneself but to others as well, including all forms of life on the Earth. No living being has a right to harm, njure, or kill any other living being. Based on these morals, a group of like-minded individuals formed the Prerna Foundation on 08/02/2023 and registered at Bhavnagar District of Gujarat. Being non-sectarian and non-political without any discrimination of caste, caste, religion, creed or the likes, it craves to conduct following activities
Work for animal welfare through 24x7 Karuna Abhiyan for providing free of cost rescue, treatment, care, and rehabilitation of animals, birds etc. that are orphan, suffering due to illness, injuries or malnutrition by establishing state-of-the-art anima hospital facilities at two places in Gujarat.
Contribute towards mitigating global challenges such as climate change and biodiversity loss by protecting & conserving mother nature and environment through taking up plantations, restoration of key natural resources such as wetlands, forests, grasslands etc.
Generate awareness to build community partnership and stewardship for protection and conservation of all life forms, mother nature and environment by providing opportunities to volunteers and people to work and contribute to the noble cause.
